Today’s delicious lunch:
This is one version of what I call “cheesy chicken” but Paul wants to call it “chickeny cheese”
Chicken tenders seasoned with tarragon, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper, covered in cream cheese and baked under a blanket of Swiss cheese.
I served it with steamed baby broccoli and a dish of pasta with leek greens, garlic, cream, cream cheese, and whey. 😚 👌
Don’t let anyone tell you you can only eat the white part of a leek; this is a super sauce I sometimes add mushrooms to. It’s also good made with buttermilk, but I used my whey from both yogurt and cheesemaking.
