3. To start negotiations about peace, there need to be securities. Clearly defined consequences, to Russian military activity on Ukrainian ground.

4. Ukraine has to be offered securities.

5. The people who ordered this war can never in their live set foot into a country without being delivered to Denhaag for a prosecution in front of the humanitarian court.

Any shortcoming of this list would be equal to an invitation to all authoritarian leaders, to use their military forces without consequences. And this would accomplish nothing but destabilisation of international orders.
