Just went out this morning. We will keep a fresh pitcher of maple sap in the fridge for the next month to drink, and I also make coffee with the sap. It's delicious. I always have good trees, giving 2-2.5% sugar.

Spending evening for final preps to collect sap. Convert at Woodhouse to attach sap tank. Get ready to buy traditional maple syrup with bitcoin.
