Does this mean our nodes could soon be routing USDT transactions? From my understanding after looking at the Taproot Assets docs, nodes wanting to send or receive USDT would need a Taproot Assets enabled channel but the transaction is passed as a standard Bitcoin lightning payment through intermediate nodes. https://tether.io/news/tether-brings-usdt-to-bitcoins-lightning-network-ushering-in-a-new-era-of-unstoppable-technology/

18 channels now and routing has improved a lot. It has routed 400-500 transactions a day for the last 3 days. A lot of small transactions though which I’m guessing are zaps.

Changed my lightning address yesterday so zaps are now going to my Alby Hub. Seems to be working well so I’ll soon be able to shut down my old node.

Good morning Nostr! ☕️🫂💜
Back at work today after a week off last week. It was a fairly relaxing week off so I'm feeling somewhat refreshed and ready for the challenges that work brings this year.
The last half of 2024 was extremely busy for me with the company I work for undergoing a large amount of growth. This required a lot of new network infrastructure to be deployed, a lot of late night work to deploy and migrate customers to the new infrastructure, and many hours spent troubleshooting issues (mainly due to the network equipment vendor's software bugs..). I'm hoping that this year won't be quite as busy and I can find a much better work-life balance.
