Perhaps the only way AI can have true agency is if it actually believes in something.

AI agents taking over tasks like web content publishing and database management is happening and will scale from here.

As these agents get increasing access across software and services there’s a host of cybersecurity issues that arise.

So, it seems likely that to enforce security against ever scaling and sophisticated AI threats, we’ll need counter AI agents tasked with rooting out the rogue agents.

I just hope we get to call them Blade Runners.
