Why is it so hard to find a good Lightning node to open channel to? None of the currently available sites have any good suggestions. Many nodes don’t maintain a good uptime and cause force-closures. Many close on you once they get all your liquidity, just a complete mayhem. It is so much harder to have a good routing node today, unless you have 10s of coins deployed onto it (which I don’t have to begin with 😭). With this progression, I am not sure I would want continue running a node in the future. 😭

I’m working on incorporating comments in the second version of nostrTV.

Got close yesterday, but I believe I will have to take a different path using a swift library.

I’m trying to make the comments from the tv come as a random npub, especially since there is no VPN.

Maybe until I figure out a nice way to sign in. But for now, you can still login to zap.stream from phone to comment.
