Today I learned there's one person streaming sats through fountain on the wavlake release of the Softwar Audiobook podcast that are being forwarded to my Alby Hub node.
Something that I got to thinking about during martial arts today:
Every time you do something right a win.
Anticipating your next win and celebrating it when it happens is the key to growth and maintenance. Ensure that you do the thing right by slowing down, reducing intensity, reducing difficulty, etc. Make winning inevitable when you practice, and when you need to actually do the thing, you'll be very likely to win.
You cannot ever wait for and anticipate the next failure, because you won't be mindful enough of the wins. The failures will form stronger pathways in your brain than the wins. And in the future when you absolutely need to do the thing, you'll only be capable of losing.
