I was invited to cater an artist workshop this Sunday, so I decided to make one of my specialty bars—the Fudge Cookie HODL Bar. This is one of the most challenging bars I make, but also the most unique. I use tempered chocolate during the blending process to create a firmer bar, acting like concrete. It's a novel approach that took many trials to perfect. I'm not sure if this bar will be in the store anytime soon, but I'll keep you updated.
