Tteokbokki Is turning out to be a rabbit hole of Korean cooking. I love it. I guess the version of the dish ive seen on the webs is Rose Tteokbokki ita creamy version with cheese and shit and the OG dish is mostly fish / dashi broth with loads of gochujang and gochugaru.
I'm going to make the creamy cheesy version because my roommate can't really do spice too well. But now I really want to make the OG dish. Or I guess if he doesn't like it, it's just more for me. 🤣
