We shouldn't stoping using paper, discs and cartridges just because there's cloud, apps and hard drives. I prefer my mangas and books in paper, and my games in discs and cartridges (without online validation), they are the best and only true ownership for this stuff. Digital ID and digital medic receipts is also trash, just another way of control by pushing spywares and bureaucracy. Certain things has the best use cases and can't be surpassed just because "muh it's technology", like how meal fried with fire and oil tastes better than those "fried" with airfryer.

Forgot to add that the menu UI is overly minimalist and dull to look at, and I couldn't even tell if "Mind" is the attribute for spell slot or no.

I play tested Elden Ring for 11 hours and it's interesting for sure but IDK.. it doesn't feel special like the other games does. The map is big and you feel like exploring it but feels kinda empty, I barely got anything besides material for crafting, not even much runes or basic smith stones outside a mini dungeon so doesn't feel like you are progressing. For bosses I may talk about it later with some video.

I shared this on X as a response to someone who asked “What else do you see going on that gives you hope except for the ngu-Trojan horse belief?”
I wanted to share it with you all here, too, because Nostr was the first thing that came to mind 🫂
——
I see people using Bitcoin and building parallel, open-source systems on Nostr every single day. That gives me hope.
I talk with Bitcoiners at conferences from all over the world who are using Bitcoin to benefit their local communities in ways I never would have dreamed. That gives me hope.
I see the change in myself and others after adopting Bitcoin as a store of value, medium of exchange, and unit of account. That gives me hope.
I see how the entrenched power elites have ignored Bitcoin, mocked Bitcoin, fought Bitcoin, and are now joining Bitcoin because they realize it cannot be stopped. That gives me hope.
I talk with brilliant and inspiring people on my podcast from all different backgrounds who have somehow coalesced around Bitcoin because it gives them hope for the future. That gives me hope.

I asked the image generator of deepai.org to "Create a picture of a female "Draugr Deathlord" from the game "Skyrim", with the face of Ursula von der Leyen!" This was its result:

So what do you think it means to be on the left?
Here is how I see it:
The left/right divide is between collectivists & individualists.
Collectivists (the left end of the spectrum) believe rights come from the collective or from what the group decides or allows. So they prioritize the needs of "the collective" or "the greater good" over individual rights, which ultimately leads to justifications for all sorts of theft & destruction of individuals in order to maintain the collective which is actually some sort of imaginary abstraction.
Individualists (the right end of the spectrum) believe that all rights come from the existence of the individual (via self ownership), and are willing to dissolve any group or abstraction when it becomes destructive to individual needs. In other words, all individuals should be free to exit or refuse participation in any group. And groups should only exist to the degree that all parties benefit. Mutual trade like relationships.
Socialism is built on the idea that the capable owe some inherit debt to the incapable as a result of being more capable. "From each according to ability, to each according to need," right? That doesn't sound like trade, it sounds like an effort to enslave anyone with ability into service of the needy using guilt or force or whatever means the group decides is necessary.
One is built on delusions & the other rooted in reality. Groups are abstractions, they aren't real. Groups don't think, they don't decide, & they don't have needs. Individual people do those things.
