Eat the rainbow š. Veggie flatbreads for dinner tonight. Naan, hummus, and veggies of your choice; we're having red bell pepper, carrots I cooked a couple days ago, yellow heirloom tomato, brussels sprouts from the other night, and shallot (mine is the one covered in it). Heat the flat breads a bit at 400, smear with hummus and add your veggies on top. Heat it for 5 min or so then sprinkle with cheese, back in the oven to melt it and done! The kid frequently requests them, I use mini naan but any kind of flatbread works. #foodstr #kidstr #momstr
